Creative Minds, PLLC. is a licensed mental health and substance abuse practice in the state of North Carolina. We are a private organization that currently accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Champ VA, Medcost, Medicare, United Healthcare,  Tricare and VA Community Care Network.  

Creative Minds Healthcare, PLLC. also offers fee for service options. 
  • Free 15 minute consultation
  • $ 200 Intake/Assessment
  • $ 135 Couples/families 60 minutes
  • $ 120 Individual 60 minutes
